Subdivision Moreton Bay

Allan Van Planning were recently engaged to seek approval for a 1 into 2 lot subdivision of a Rural Residential property located in Burpengary East, Moreton Bay City. An ongoing client secured the property in December and we obtained approval in March after also requiring further consultants reporting!
