Subdivision Brisbane

Allan Van Planning were recently engaged to seek approval for a 1 into 2 lot subdivision of a property located in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. A previous planner lodged an application for subdivision, which was subsequently refused. The client was referred to AVP and we managed achieve an approval!

We were also able to negotiate to not dedicate land for verge widening, which ultimately saved approximately 45sqm of valuable land in the inner-west of Brisbane.

Now we will see the job through to plan sealing.
