We achieved a great result through a change to approval application for a Newstead high-rise residential development.  We were able to negotiate an increased yield for the development by changing the top level of the building from 4 x 2 bedroom units, to 4 units comprising of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms over 2 penthouse levels.  The net result of the change was an improved development at the street level and an increase in the usability of the top level of the building.
