We were engaged to manage the subdivision of a corner lot located in Norman Park, Brisbane. The site is zoned Character Residential (Character Precinct), which has a minimum lot size of 450sqm. We gained approval for lot sizes of 400sqm and enabled the retention of the existing house. It was a great outcome for the client, particularly given that early advice from Council indicated he would not be successful.
