Allan Van Planning recently achieve approval for a 1 into 2 lot Subdivision of a property in Goodna, with the Ipswich City Council area.  The site had a dual road frontage, so the existing house was able to be retained and a vacant parcel was created.  This enables the client to have ongoing income from the site.

In addition, the site has a total of 40m of road frontage, which may attract footpath contributions in the range of $18,000.00.  We successfully negotiated to have these costs removed, saving our client thousands!
