Allan Van Planning secured an approval for a 1 into 3 lot subdivision on a site located in Upper Caboolture (Moreton Bay Region), within a difficult area for planning.  The family wanted to gain an additional lot in order to be able to provide their children with some land to build their new family homes.  We submitted a ‘change to approval’ (minor change) application seeking to remove some costly conditions from the original approval and create an additional lot within the development.  The change application was a success and we were able to reduce some costs through removal of conditions and gain the additional lot so their children can build their first home.
